Washington Post Report: Medical Boards Let Physicians Practice Despite Drug Abuse

The Washington Post has an interesting series of articles, which began last Sunday, on doctors and substance abuse.  It reports that Doctors with substance abuse problems are allowed to keep practicing, often despite relapses, and medical boards rarely revoke licenses.
